The beach at Agios Georgios Pagon is in the north west of
Corfu. It’s about 35km, which is just under an hours drive away from the capital
Kerkyra.
Agios Georgios Pagon beach is long and wide, particularly in the middle. The majority of the beach is coarse sand and it’s the main attraction and a big reason why people base their holiday at the town of
Agios Georgios Pagon.
Due to the fact that the beach is so vast it never feels crowded, although close to the tavernas and hotels is busier than other areas. Agios Georgios Pagon beach is great for kids as the water stays shallow for a good distance, you can get to over 50m out in places and still be able to touch the sea bed.
Agios Georgios Pagon beach offers all the facilities you need, there are umbrellas and sunbeds to hire, water sports like jet skis, paragliding, banana boats, canoes, wind surfing and boat hire. There are showers available, tavernas for food and drink and some parking on the road behind the beach too.
