Kerasia beach is located up in the north east corner of
Corfu, it’s a picturesque tree lined pebble beach with great views out to Albania. It’s just over 30km to the capital
Kerkyra which would take around an hour in the car.
Kerasia is a fairly quite beach, there are sunbeds available to hire as well as a taverna and beach bar. The end with the taverna is the popular end with the other end being quieter and perfect for those that just want to lay out a towel and relax for a while with a bit of peace and quiet.
The water at Kerasia beach is crystal clear, probably due to the lack of sand being kicked up by the tide and clouding the views, this makes it great for snorkelling and swimming. Due to the lush green landscape Kerasia beach is great for those that love the countryside and there are many nice walks through this area.
You can get to the beach by car and there is parking at the rear of the beach which is normally sufficient for the size and popularity of Kerasia beach. Alternatively many of the boat trips on the island stop here so you can book yourself on to one of those and enjoy the beach as part of your day out.
Kerasia beach is easily accessible from the villages of
Kalami,
Agios Stefanos, the one in the north east and
Avlaki as they are all around 10-15 minutes away.
