Popular beaches in Mykonos

The busiest and most tourist heavy beaches in Mykonos are the ones on the south coast like Paradise beach, Super paradise beach, Paraga beach and Elia beach. 

Each one has tons of sunbeds available to hire, tavernas to get drinks, meals and snacks and they also play music to keep you entertained through out the day. Most of the popular beaches will also offer some sort of water sports like Jet Skis or banana boats for those that want some adrenaline fuelled fun on their Greek holiday.

Quiet beaches in Mykonos

If you’re looking for a quiet beach in Mykonos then head north or east away from the capital. In the north you’ll find beaches like Agios Sostis and Panormas that are quiet and perfect for a peaceful day in the sun. Equally there are Frangias and Lia out on the east coast where you can get the same sense of isolation.

Family beaches in Mykonos

The best beaches for families in Mykonos are generally the popular ones on the south coast as they offer the best facilities to keep youngsters entertained.

Nudist beaches in Mykonos

Mykonos has a number of beaches that are ideal for naturists and their spread around the island, many of the popular beaches have nudist areas at the quieter ends or alternatively the quieter beaches are regular hotspots for those looking for an all over tan.
