The Milanio Maritime Museum is very well placed just 6km outside the capital
Zakynthos Town in the popular village of
Tsilivi. It’s also known as the Milan Maritime Museum when translated into English.
The museum was founded by the Greek painter Antonis Milanos and is home to one of the largest collections of Naval art in Greece.
Some of the exhibitions include photographs, ship models, uniforms, weapons and tools from various times as well as lots of educational information that helps to explain what everything is.
