Psalidi

Psalidi beach is found just east of Kos town on the main coastal road that leads to the hot springs. It’s a long but fairly narrow shingle and pebble beach that fades to grass with some palm trees running along by the road, it has sun loungers and water sports.

Thermes

Thermes, sometimes also called Therma is a small pebble beach in the south east of Kos. Thermes boasts a natural hot spring that's surrounded by rocks creating a contained pool that can get up to 50°C. There's also a taverna with seating area on the beach.

Agios Fokas

Agios Fokas beach is found on the south east corner of Kos, just east of Thermes beach. There isn’t much in the area other than some upscale beach front hotels with spas and large pools. At the beach there's a trendy beach club, loungers and kids play area.

Ftelia

Ftelia beach is just over a kilometer from Skiathos Town in a south westerly direction, just past Megali Ammos. It's a long sandy beach with crystal clear waters. There aren't any tavernas or water sports on Ftelia which is what some people love about it.

Lalaria

Lalaria is a shingle and pebble beach on the north of Skiathos island, it has amazing rock formations and is only accessible by private boat or tour. There are absolutely no facilities here so if you plan on visiting for the day you’ll need to bring your own food, drink.

Ligaries

Ligaries beach lies on the north coast of Skiathos. The beach is made up of mainly sand but with stones around the entrance to the sea. There’s a couple of rows of sun loungers around the middle of the beach but still plenty of room to simply lay out a towel.

Megas Gialos

Megas Gialos Beach is a stone beach up on the north east of Skiathos, just to the west of the airports runway and not far from Lalaria beach. There’s large rocks in the middle of the beach and access from the path is not for the faint-hearted.

Drosia

Drosia beach is a series of rocky, pebbled bays near Alykes on the north eastern coast of Zakynthos. For those itching to strike out off the beaten path, Drosia Beach is perfect, This undeveloped haven is ideal for swimmers and anyone else seeking a little peace and quiet.

Keri

Keri beach is a narrow stretch just north of Limni Keri harbour. Tavernas bookend the largely pebbled stretch of coast as well as many other food and drink options in the area, but overall this far-flung resort is small and perfect for rest and relaxation.

Makris Gialos

Makris Gialos beach is on the north east coast of Zakynthos, it's small at just 160m long and a narrow 15m at it’s widest. It’s pebble under foot and the water is crystal clear but does get deep quickly so not ideal for kids or weak swimmers.
