Lambi beach is part of the village of
Lambi and lies just north of
Kos Town on the north east corner of
Kos island.
The beach is sand in the north but gets more and more pebbly as you go south and get closer to Kos Town, in places it can be rocky around the entrance to the sea so investing in a pair of water shoes might be a good idea. The water is quite shallow, in some areas you can get out to over 30m and still be able to stand up. If swimming isn’t exciting enough, you’ll find water sports available to keep you entertained.
Along the rear of the beach you’ll be able to choose from a number of establishments to get your drinks and snacks for the day, these are also the places that rent out the sunbeds.
Parking is available at the side of the road that runs along the beach or at various places along the beaches length, there’s also back roads where you can park so you shouldn’t have trouble finding somewhere to leave the hire car or quad bike.
