The Marmari Go Karting centre is found between the villages of
Marmari and
Tigaki close to the north coast of
Kos island. That's a little under 15km from the islands capital
Kos Town which is around a 20 minutes drive.
The go karting track is roughly 500m long with a good mix of fast straights and tight corners, it's also wide enough to allow plenty of overtaking without being dangerous. There's an outdoor spectators area and an in door waiting area, they sell snacks and drinks too so it's not too bad waiting for your turn.
The track is open throughout the summer months from 10 am to 10 pm and kids can race from age 7 upwards. There's also a small dedicated oval circuit out the front that's perfect for the little ones to spend a few minutes on.
There's a car park out the front with room for a handful of cars and quad bikes, it doesn't normally fill up so there should be room.
