Water Village is a water park just east of
Zakynthos town in the village of Sarakinado. It would take around 15 minutes to make the 7km drive from the capital.
Water village features a number of slides including a 4 lane racing slide, matt slides and rubber ring slides, there’s free fall ones and a boomerang one too. There’s also a dedicated kids and babies area, a lazy river and lots more.
As well as all the slides, Water village has free sun loungers, a number of options for food and drink as well as lockers to keep your valuables safe, souvenir shops, photo shops and other games like mini golf and trampolines.
Getting to Water village couldn’t be easier, it’s well sign posted and has a 600 space car park, taxis shouldn’t be more than about 10-30€ each way depending on where you are coming from. Alternatively there are organised trips sold at the travel agencies in most towns and villages where you get transport and park entrance for a reduced rate so ask about those when you arrive.
