Agia Paraskevi is a lovely sandy beach, that is popular but never too crowded. It has great facilities including particularly nice sun loungers. The village and beach are named after the nearby church of Agia Paraskevi.
Agia Paraskevi beach is great for kids as the water shelves gently into the sea so youngsters can play safely in the shallow water, there are also water sports available for the bigger kids in your family including Jet Skis and boat hire so there’s something to keep everyone entertained all day.
The beach is easy to get to, just off the main road about 10 minutes from
Skiathos town. There’s parking available and the village of
Agia Paraskevi is right next to the beach so you can go for a walk round the village if you want to have a break from sunbathing or to find a shop or restaurant.
Another option to get to Agia Paraskevi is to get the bus, get off at stop stop 16 and walk down the path behind Ekklisia Agia Paraskevi church and the Princess Resort hotel.
